The petitioner wishes to vacate the portion of the platted alley lying within Block 135, Irondale No. 6, lying adjacent to lots 20 through 27. This property is north of Prospect Avenue, on the northeast corner of the intersection with Kala Point Drive. The completed petition has not been returned yet, so we don't know the petitioner's reasons for requesting this vacation, however, we have recently processed several vacations of these alleys along Prospect Drive with no complications. As with the others, we do not expect to receive any negative reactions and see no reason for this request to be denied.
