Cty Comms: I surmise that unsuspecting county residents will mail timber company (AFRC) propaganda postcards to the Commissioners requesting that state trust lands NOT be used to sequester
carbon. When my wife read the timber barons screed to the Commissioners asking that our forests "...continue to provide climate benefits" she said: "It sounds like the conservation
alternative."
Of course, it's exactly opposite. I trust that the Commissioners will see thru this thinly veiled misrepresentation and support Trustland Transfer and our Legacy Forests -- notwithstanding
the misleading and outright false flyer that country residents will receive in the mail.
