Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. ________________________________ Hello, The June 2022 edition of WSDOT’s quarterly performance report (Gray Notebook 86) <https://wsdot.wa.gov/sites/default/files/2022-09/gray-notebook-Jun22.pdf> is now available online. While numerous performance measures are reported throughout the Gray Notebook, highlights from this issue include: * Combined pedestrian and bicyclist traffic fatalities in Washington increased by 26.0% from 123 deaths in 2020 to 155 deaths in 2021 * WSDOT completed 15 fish passage projects statewide in 2021, improving access to 98.2 miles of upstream fish habitat * Total Washington state imports and exports were valued at $115.5 billion in 2021, a 28.1% increase from $90.2 billion in 2020 * WSDOT responded to 11,108 incidents during the second quarter of 2022, 851 (7.1%) fewer than during the same quarter in 2021 * Washington State Ferries completed 33,328 (98.2%) of its 33,925 regularly scheduled trips in the fourth quarter of FY2022 * A Connecting Washington project and contract were operationally complete during the fourth quarter of the 2021-2023 biennium (April through June 2022) * WSDOT advertised 74 of 95 Pre-existing Funds projects in the fourth quarter of the 2021-2023 biennium Gray Notebook editions can be accessed at the Gray Notebook archive page <https://wsdot.wa.gov/about/accountability/gray-notebook/gray-notebook-archives> .
