Hello all,
I have been asked to reach out to you all with a question about your .09 Rural Public Facilities Sales tax. This past session the legislature passed SB 5868 which expanded the allowable
uses of the .09 funds to include “affordable workforce housing”. Is your County currently planning to use a portion of these funds for an affordable workforce housing project?
