09:13:12 This is the West Side and planning, on taking out that really sharp cur curve there, and make it more kind of a more meandering sort of S. and that's for safety purposes.

09:13:35 And so they, wanna you know, when they bought the property, or when they got the easement.
09:13:41 This is before we bought the property they kind. of. had to engineer it to fit what the easement said, and you can see here, that's a very severe kind of curve.
09:13:51 And so this is really both of these all, really all 3 of these changes are for safety purposes.
09:13:58 So once again when we're talking about the parking lot that's it right here.
09:14:03 And then the other parts are chained or proposed changes to the trail, and that is where we are today.
09:14:15 Oh, we, Cap has agreed to this and sharon sheriff's Cron Miller has signed the document, hoping that we're good.
09:14:21 Well, i'm grateful for public works taking the time to make work with us to make these changes, and for those of us who written the trail a lot, I think muscle memory of those
sharp turns says that this is

09:18:06 I think that's that's helpful and this is largely, largely unrelated to this lease which i'm i'm very satisfied with, and happy to move forward with today.

09:18:21 I think the sharp curves on Larry sketch will actually provide some traffic calming and just wanna you know I have to think about how to encourage folks to not go too fast.
09:18:32 You know, especially as bikes get faster with the bikes.
09:18:34 These these gentle curves are, are still create a hazard that worries me.
09:18:41 So just put it a plug for folks to to ride very carefully and mindfully, especially with shared with pedestrians.
09:18:48 So, but happy to talk more with public works, to understand how that
09:18:54 You know traffic calming is such an important way to to preserve safety for pedestrians especially, and this feels a little bit like doing the opposite so.
09:19:03 But that is outside the scope of what we're talking about here today, largely very glad to see the changes and happy to move forward.

09:21:43 moderate speed that that extreme of a curve can be a little hair raising.
09:21:48 So yeah, they probably ought to put up some signage or something saying, You know, curve ahead, reduce speed or whatever they've got those signs that you know.
