area exchange and no monetary consideration, John R. Chrisman and Karen Mae
Chrisman, husband and wife, hereby quit claim all interest in and convey to Olia Kerzhner,
an unmarried individual, as her separate estate, the fol lowing described real estate:
That portion of Parcel 43 of Volume 9 of Surveys, Page 12, records of
Jefferson County, W ashington, being a portion of the southwest quarter of
the southwest quarter of Section 19 and of Government Lot 1, Section 30,
all in Township 30 North, Range 1 W est, W .M., Jefferson County,
W ashington;, described as follows:
Beginning at the southernmost corner of said Parcel 43, said point being the
True Point of Beginning; thence North 3°31'39" W est al ong the boundary
common to said Parcels 33 and 43, 312.84 feet; thence North 86°28'21" East
41.62 feet; thence South 3°31'39" East, parallel with said common boundary,
285.42 feet to a point on the boundary common to said Parcel 43 and Parcel
42 of said survey; thence South 53°05'51" W est, along aforementioned
common boundary, 49.84 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
