Beginning at the southernmost corner of said Parcel 43; thence North
3°31'39" W est along the boundary common to said Parcel 33 and Parcel 43,
said survey, 312.84 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South
86°28'21" W est 116.43 feet, more or less, to a poi nt on the boundary
common to said Parcel 33 and Parcel 34 of said survey and the terminus of
this line.
