Mill Background:
* Last March the Sustainable Green Team, LTD (SGTM) purchased the former Interfor Mill property in Beaver, WA just north of the City of Forks to start up the new West End Forest Industries,
LLC (WEFI) mill. The new mill will be located at the former Interfor sites at the City of Forks’ Industrial Park and the site in Beaver. The two sites will again work jointly to form
the operations of the new mill.
* The production facility will produce a wide range of dimensional and specialty lumber products at the Beaver sawmill location where SGTM has installed, modern, highly optimized process
machinery for the sawmill operations and is in the final stages of receiving their permits. Additionally, SGTM is planning for a state-of-the-art MASS engineered timber production at
the Forks Industrial Park featuring a highly automated production utilizing environmentally friendly, formaldehyde free, Nano Adhesive Technology safeguarding workers, end-users and
the environment.
* SGTM expects to source primarily Doug Fir and Hemlock from local landowners and the Department of Natural Resources for their WEFI mill. At full capacity, this mill will have a robust
production capacity, with world-class productivity and lumber recovery, and a competitive product mix. In addition to selling lumber, the company plans to sell residual fiber products,
including chips and sawdust, to local and international pulp and pellet plants.

Dash Air Shuttle is excited to announce that Backcountry Aviation has received their FAA approval to operate scheduled intrastate flights. This allows Dash to now operate multiple daily
flights within the State of Washington. We are now focused on resolving the DOT complaint filed by Kenmore Air. We’ve been asked by the DOT to respond to the latest complaints filed
by Kenmore by 9/26. Hopefully a resolution will come soon thereafter.

Aviation (BCA) is looking for experienced Flight Crews. BCA provides pilots with an opportunity to continue flying past the mandatory retirement age. Since BCA is a CFR Part 135 scheduled
air carrier, age is not a limitation, only the ability to maintain a First Class Medical.
Applicants must meet the requirements of FAA Part 135.243 regulations - beginning with a minimum of 1,500 flight hours and a ME ATP Rating. Full and Part-Time pilot positions are available.

In 2018, after more than a quarter century as a sailing race to benefit Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County, the event became Reach and Row for Hospice with the addition of a rowing
and paddling race.
Join us Saturday, Sept.17, 2022 for the rowing/paddling race that's part of our 30th Reach and Row for Hospice fundraiser. New for 2022: the Row For Hospice Regatta will feature a 5K
out and back race course on the west side of Sequim Bay starting near the Mud Bay water entry point at John Wayne Marina. The course extends (2.5K) to a mark near Schoolhouse Point
for the turnaround in a clockwise direction and the return north to the finish line.
