Dear JCPRAB:
You asked me for some information on the N.W. Kiwanis Camp.
• For the purposes of the retreat the camp is available in January except
the following dates: January - 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 19, and 20
C February is completely open at this time.
Please note that I will be away on vacation until January 2nd
• 1 will be linking their website to ours.
The OHV schedule has been modified; this is the current schedule.
• December 27th: Consultant delivers the finished draft report to Darrel and
Nancy. They forward it to the focus group. Matt is on vacation.
• TBA-possible workshop to review the draft. Contact Darrel.
• January 9th, 6pm, P.T. Rec Center, the Focus Group presents their
unanimous feedback to the Consultant in one document.
• January 16th, 6pm, P.T. Rec Center, Tom brings 2nd draft that includes the
feedback from the Focus Group. Additional feedback is given at that time.
January 23rd, Consultant sends the final draft, and it is forwarded to the focus
group.
• February 2nd, Deadline for feedback from the Focus Group to the Consultant
on the final draft.
• February 7th, 12pm, Quilcene Community Center, Consultant presents final
draft to the Park Board.
February 19th, Presentation of the final document to the BOCC
• February 20th, Strategic workshop lead by a facilitator to plan the next steps.
