Dear Jefferson County Park and Recreation Advisory Board;
Please let me know on or before March 5th if you would like me to bring copies of the attached
minutes and agenda for you to the meeting on March 7th, 2007.
If I don't hear from you I'll assume you plan on bringing this copy. At this time, if you like, we
can switch those of you with email back to email only, and I can then bring an electronic
version of the agenda and the minutes to the meeting and project it on a screen.
Another option would be to email everyone the minutes, have you email me back your
leedback, then I can project the updated version on a screen at the meeting -and email you the
completed version later. This would eliminate the paper copies altogether!
It is funny how much paper/ink/staff-time/postage we end up going through on any given day. It
is an honor and a privilege to work with each of you and I look forward to seeing you at the
next meeting.
