That Bill Booth and wife will for the consideration of $30 a month be granted the use of the following lands situated in Jefferson County: That portion of Section 2, Township 27 North, Range 2 West, W.M. , described as follows: The Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter, Except portion east of road; North quarter Northeast quarter Southwest quarter point between U.S.F.S. and Little Quilcene River; Southeast quarter Northwest quarter, except portion East of U.S.F.S. Road; Southwest quarter Northwest quarter, except portion West of Little Quilcene River: The use will be limited to the house and sheds but.will include the use of the pasture and water, for his horses. The owner reserves the right to store some items in the barn and concurrent use of the lands other than described above. The lessee may cut alder wood for his heating use but will cut stump low to the ground and pile limbs for burning. No waste or garbage is allowed to accummulate. The owners will provide the phone installation, generator for power and water pump. It is understood that all maintenance to continue the house and outbuildings livable will be responsibility of the lessee. The lessor will be held harmless for loss arising out of damage to persons or property upon said land during the term of occupancy.
