Both are desirable areas showing good sales movement. Unimproved as far as sewer and water but both are available but would be costly. These are areas where in my opinion would not meet the requirements for � acceptance as outlined in this bill. Owner repossessed and has aZZ work to his advantage if he wished to develope. Could timber upper areas but waterfront should be maintained. This is exceptional fast selling area having large camper development and new platted area in Pleasant Tide Plat. Would need to be evaluated after inspection by the Board. This is a platted area therefore would be quite indicative to other blocks of this plat. As far as is known it does not encompass the requirements to future outlined by this bill. VENNING Paid $25. 00 fee 2/25/73 Section 26 Township 28 Range 2 West 20. 00 acres 1-48F2 SZ SW NE 15. 00 acres on Timber average-favorable @ $75.00 for 1974 Section 26 Township 28 Range 2 West 6. 56 acres 1-48F2 Lot NO. 2 (S of Co. Rd, less TAx NO. 7) West end of former old bridge at Leland Lake looking Southwest - upland 75% now at timber value. 6. 56 acres contains Lake frontage and residence improvement. As this is used as residence there appears to be no indication it will aid in any of the necessary requirements of Open Space. • The 20 acre portion is possibly in its best position for tax base at present. I would suggest that it remain in 15 acres as Open Space Timberland. .5
