The following information is needed to continue review of your project. The site plan initially submitted and the revised site plan submitted do not include property line setbacks. The north setback from the parcel boundary next to S Rhododendron Drive, requires a 20-foot setback measured from the property line. The online GIS maps indicate that the proposed deck expansion may intrude on this setback. Please submit a revised site plan with all setbacks marked to property boundaries. If the proposed deck expansion does intrude on the 20 -ft setback, please reduce the size of the deck or apply for a road setback variance linked here: https://www.co.jefferson.wa.us/DocumentCenter/View/8113/Road-Setback-Variance. Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 12/15/2022. Please call 360-379-4454 to speak with the assigned planner if you have any questions.
