JEFFERSON COUNTY’S MOTION TO EXCLUDE
For the reasons outlined in the motion filed April 22, 2022 by Applicant Pomona Woods
LLC, Jefferson County moves to exclude testimony of an expert witness identified by Appellant
Oak Bay Concerned Citizens. The expert witness is identified by Appellants as Nam Siu,
Department of Fish and Wildlife (“WDFW”) biologist, and the testimony concerns “the
existence of wetlands and wetland buffers on or near the project site.”
For the sake of brevity and judicial economy, Jefferson County hereby incorporates by
reference in its entirety the “Applicant’s Motion to Exclude” filed April 22, 2022 by Applicant
Pomona Woods LLC herein.
