JEFFERSON COUNTY’S FINAL WITNESS LIST
In accordance with the parties’ stipulated case schedule, Jefferson County may call the
following witnesses:
1. Amanda Hunt, Jefferson County DCD, Assistant Planner. (Possible testimony as the
project planner on all aspects of the project).
2. Donna Frostholm, Jefferson County DCD, Associate Planner. (Possible testimony on
all aspects of critical areas review, and as a wetlands specialist).
3. Monte Reinders, Jefferson County Public Works Director and County Road Engineer.
(Possible testimony on road or traffic issues, including bicycle and pedestrian traffic,
and stormwater review).
4. John Fleming, PE, Development Review Engineer, Jefferson County Department of
Public Works. (Possible testimony on stormwater review).
These witnesses may testify to facts within their personal knowledge or as expert witnesses. In
addition to the above-identified witnesses, Jefferson County reserves the right to substitute
witnesses should any of the above become unavailable; to call witnesses identified by any
other party; and to call rebuttal witnesses.

Jefferson County’s FINAL exhibit list is attached as Appendix A. To keep the record
as small as possible, Jefferson County suggests that the parties avoid duplication and use the
exhibits listed on Appendix A. Jefferson County reserves the right to add additional exhibits on
or before the exhibit deadline.
