TO: RESPONDENT, APPELLANT and their attorneys;
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Courtney Kaylor, the undersigned counsel of record for
Pomona Woods LLC (“Applicant”), will be out of the office and unavailable from Monday, July
25th, 2022 through Friday, August 5th, 2022. Accordingly, the following is respectfully
requested; (1) that no matters be scheduled, noted, or served during this period of absence and
unavailability; (2) that Applicant not be required to respond to any matters during this period;
and (3) that matters are not scheduled so soon after August 5th, 2022, to deprive Applicant of
sufficient time under the applicable rules or otherwise.
