Mike brings over 20 years of experience in transportation and traffic engineering operations and analysis skills applicable to commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, and transit-related projects. Most often, Mike’s work includes preparing transportation/traffic impact analyses, transportation concurrency analyses, parking studies, access and circulation studies, intersection/roadway capacity analyses, and the preparation of the environmental impact statements.
Mike has led many high-profile projects throughout the Puget Sound region including Microsoft Campus Refresh, Washington State Convention Center Expansion, Proposed Seattle NBA/NHL Arena, and the Swedish Providence Major Institution Master Plan.
Because of his depth of expertise, Mike often provides expert witness testimony for transportation concerns related to residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout the Seattle Area.
