LAURA BARTENHAGEN, PE, LEED AP
Civil Principal-in-Charge
Laura is a civil engineer with 23 years of experience. Over the
course of her career, she has been called upon by attorneys
and property owners to help resolve legal issues by providing
consulting and expert witness testimony to cases involving site
engineering issues and disputes.
Laura has managed a large number of municipal, mixed-use, residential, master planned communities, retail, commercial and industrial projects. She is LEED accredited and has provided low impact design on large development projects.

property, as a result of a new residential development.

Project included extensive stormwater calculations as well as ESM survey services to verify locations of existing stormwater infrastructure.

Due to the high-profile nature of the Weyerhaeuser Campus, advocate
groups continue to appeal plans to redevelopment the property. As
the engineer of record for the project, Laura provided consultant
testimony in support of the project during five days of hearings.
