Hello~
I'm not completely up to speed with the proposed changes to parcel development in the county.
I feel that, these new rules should not apply to those of us who already own our properties and have already begun investing $$ into developing them.
I inherited a 1/2 acre about 3 years ago. I spent the bulk of my savings just getting power onto it.
Those of us who've invested and have begun development (put power in) of their properties, shouldn't lose their rights to continue their development with water and septic systems.
Either apply the new rules for any future purchases of these smaller parcels developed back before the 5 - acre rule set in, or, for those parcels completely without any utilities in
place.
I'd be broken hearted to know I couldn't continue on with my plan to make my home.
