Hello,
I am concerned about the change being made to lots of record.
I own APN 921332001. I have started thinking of developing this 2.3 acre
parcel.
Now I am unsure if I will be able to build.
I find that we are going backwards with this change to lots of record.
We need more housing, not less.
We still have in effect an Emergency regarding affordable housing.
Why is the BOCC considering this action?
We need more building lots, not less.
I hope you do not go through with this.
Please stop making ever more restrictive land use regulations.
I want this email to be part of your Agenda packet for the September 26,
2022 meeting.
