Call for public comment by Chair Judy Shepard, no comments received.
Motion to approved July 27, 2022 Minutes by Stacie Prada, seconded by Heidi Eisenhour. Expenditure Reports were presented by Brenda Huntingford, Chief Deputy Auditor. Reminders re: upcoming deadlines:
2023 Budget Amendments due 9/6/2022 by Noon to Judy Shepard
3RD Quarter Budget Appropriations due 9/6/2022 by Noon to BOCC, Mark McCauley Revenue Reports were presented by Stacie Prada, Treasurer - General Fund, Other Funds, General Fund Cash Balance, General Sales Tax Receipts, REET Receipts, Hotel/Motel. For July we’re at 62.9% of projected

Discussion: Jeff Chapman, Assessor, provided some context for the REET Receipts report and shared that change of value notices for property will be sent in October. Commissioner Dean asked if it is possible to break out Short Term Rental tax revenue. Treasurer Prada said she would share a report separating Hotel / Motel from Transient taxes.
Mark McCauley shared that we are still awaiting news on ARPA Revenue Sharing funding. Motion to Adjourn by Stacie Prada, 2nd by Heidi Eisenhour, meeting was adjourned at 9:03am. REMINDERS: The next meeting is Sept. 28, 2022. Meetings are scheduled the last Wednesday of each month except December.
