Dear Mr. Johnson,
On behalf of Roger Hall, owner of the referenced property, Evergreen Engineering Services is
please to present this inspection report. On September 9, 2022, we inspected stormwater
management facilities including the slab drain, catch basin and infiltration bed.
Where components were covered, Mr. Hall provided photos documenting various stages of
installation. The overall stormwater management system is installed according to approved plans
dated September 17, 2018, and appears to be ready for service.
Please accept this letter as certification that all stormwater management features at this site have
been installed according to approved plans. Please let me know if you have questions.
