STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Commissioner Dean has requested that staff schedule a Legislative Update workshop with Public
Comment.
ANALYSIS:
The Legislative Workshop has been scheduled on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 1:30. Public
comment will be taken during the workshop.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This request has no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of County Commissioners listen to the Legislative Update and take Public
Comment.
