Based on the description the proposed project would be eligible under 148 as to the 2 new units and 149 as to the Recovery Cafe aspects Can you separate the amounts for utilities food
and repairs attributable to the Recovery Café as opposed to hose for 909 Kearney Street?

1. Operating and Maintenance costs and rental subsidies are eligible uses for 148 funds but we need the answer to the below
Supporting building operating and maintenance costs of housing projects or units within housing projects eligible to receive Washington State Housing Trust Funds, that are affordable
to very low-income persons with incomes at or below fifty percent of the area median income, and that require a supplement to rental income to cover ongoing operating expenses. If the
proposal is to cover operation and maintenance of an existing low-income housing units, explain how these costs have been funded in the past and why these funds are now needed;
Can you explain this for all of the budget categories except staff and resident needs and furnishings?
2. Can you identify those part of costs for the Nest versus the units at Pfeiffer house? These costs may be better funded from 149 funds.
3. Can you provide more detail on The Nest? Would be interested in knowing the location and details of readiness/timing to start operation.
