Beck 1 ow • 247777 Restrictive Covenant The grantor, Jefferson County, is the owner of the following-described real estate situated in Jefferson County, State of Washington to wit: Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter of Section 13 Township North Range 2 West W.M. described as follows: Where the westerly boundary line intersects the right-of-way line of Jefferson County Road 18-0-33, said road being recorded December 30, 1932, under Auditor's File No. 69538 in Volume 1 of Road and Waiver Book, page 480. From the intersection of the westerly boundary line right-of-way of said county road 18-0-33. Running easterly 231 feet along county road 18-0-33 at the 231 feet mark the beginning of the 200 feet mark running easterly along county road right-of-way restrictive covenant. The grantee Herbert F. Beck herein, own and operate a well and waterworks supplying water for public use, located upon the following described real estate situated in Jefferson County State of Washington to wit: Southeast quarter of southeast quarter of section 13 Township 27 North Range 2 West W.M. described as follows: Where the westerly boundary line intersects the right-of-way line of Jefferson County Road 18-0-33, said road being recorded December 30, 1932, • under Auditor's File No. 69538 in Volume 1 of Road and Waiver Book, page 480. From the intersection of westerly boundary line right-of-way of said county road 18-0-33. Running easterly 231 feet along county road 18-0-33- at the 231 feet mark a line running northerly to a certain brook or stream called "Little River" going along easterly 200 feet thence southerly to county road 18-0-33 then 200 feet westerly back to the point of beginning. • Which well and waterworks is in close proximity to the land of the grantor • Jefferson•County, and said grantee, Herbert F. Beck is required to keep the water supplied from said well free from impurities which might be injurious to the public health. It is the purpose of these grants and covenants to prevent certain practices hereinafter enumerated in the use of the said grantor's land which might contaminate said water supply. Now, therefore, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00} in hand, paid and other good and valuable consideration received by said grantor, Jefferson County, the grantor, Jefferson County, agree to and covenant with the grantee, Herbert F. Beck, its successors and assigns, said covenants to run with the • vat_ 9'7 M ' 203 land for the benefit of the land of the grantee, Herbert F. Beck, that said grantor, Jefferson County, its successors, and assigns will not construct, maintain, or suffer to be constructed or maintained upon the said land of the grantor, Jefferson County, and within 100-feet of the well of the grantee, Herbert F. Beck, so long as the same is operated to furnish water for public consumption, any of the following: cesspools, sewer, privies, septic tanks, drain-fields, manure piles, garbage of any kind or description, barns, • chicken houses, rabbit hutches, pigpens, or other enclosures or structures for the keeping or maintenance of fowls or animals, or storage of liquid or use of dry chemicals, herbicides, or insecticides.
