AMENDMENT #2
COOPERATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT
JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON
This amendment updates operating costs for calendar year 1979 to include
the Deputy Sheriff pay raise to $10.33 per hour effective January 1, 1979.
Changes effective starting date of patrol from April 15, to a starting
date of April 29, due to limited financing. It deletes clerical cost,
due to limited financing. It also updates the list of designated
representatives. Patrol routes are unchanged.
FISCAL YEAR 1979 OPERATING COST
October 1, through November 15, 1978
Salary - $9.54/hour @ $1,679.04/month $ 2,518.56
Vehicle Amortization @ $255.17/month 382. 75
Mileage - 3,734 miles @$0.21/mile 784.14
April 29, through September 30, 1979
Salary - $10.33/hour, 5 months @ $1,818.08/month $ 9,090.40
Vehicle Amortization, 5 months @ $255.17/month • 1,275.85
Mileage - 13,153 miles @ $0.21/mile 2,762.30
16,814.00*
*Maximum available funds through September 30, 1979. October and November
1979 salary rate will be $10.33/hour. District Rangers, Sheriff Smith,
and Deputy Booth will hold a pre-work meeting prior to April 29th.
