AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT

IP' THIS AGREEMENT is between JEFFERSON COUNTY, a municipal
corporation located in the State of Washington, which is acting by
and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred
to as the "COUNTY, ” and PEJCO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, a non-profit
credit union organized for the benefit of public employees, acting
by and through its duly elected officers, hereinafter referred to as
the "CREDIT UNION. "
WHEREAS, the CREDIT UNION was organized for the purpose of
providing financial services to public employees; and
WHEREAS, the CREDIT UNION requires certain secretarial and
clerical services to perform the work related to its operation and
also requires use of office equipment; and
WHEREAS, use of COUNTY personnel and office equipment is `
requested by the CREDIT UNION; and
WIIEREAS, the COUNTY can make available the required
secretarial and clerical services and the office equipment required
if fully reimbursed for its expenses; Now, Therefore,
IT IS AGREED:
(1) Payment. The CREDIT UNION shall pay the COUNTY the
amount of One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Dollars ($ 1, 420 . 00 )
annually to reimburse the COUNTY for secretarial and clerical services
and for use of office equipment. The payments shall be made semi-
annually on June 15 and December 15 of each year. The reimbursement
represents One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($ 1, 320 . 00
annually for secretarial and clerical services and One Hundred
Dollars ($ 100. 00 ) annually for office equipment use.
(2) Services Provided. The COUNTY shall make available
the services of one secretary to perform the secretarial and clerical
services required by the CREDIT UNION. It is understood that such
services will require approximately ten percent ( 10 %) of the
secertary ' s work day.

(3) Indemnification. The COUNTY makes available the
secretarial and clerical services and the office equipment on a cost
reimbursable basis at the request of the CREDIT UNION and only
for the CREDIT UNION' s convenience. The CREDIT UNION agrees that the
safekeeping of its records shall be its sole responsibility. Further,
the CREDIT UNION hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the COUNTY
harmless from any claim or demand related to alteration, loss, damage
or destruction of CREDIT UNION records or documents.
