Audio level is improved, but still not as loud as those calling in. The Commissioner and Administrator mics are well-balanced, but when the in-person public comment mic at the lectern
is used, those speakers will not be heard very well – they can’t ‘eat’ that mic.
Please ask IT to compare and test the Zoom audio, and find a way to boost the level from your Chamber’s mixer that’s being fed into Zoom.
