Dear JTAB and staff,
At our last Transit Advisory Group meeting, we discussed our recommendation to JTAB with regard to the upcoming Periodic Review of Composition. I compiled TAG member responses and prepared
a summary of our recommendation. The recommendation was reviewed by two other TAG members, Viviann Kuehl and Tim Caldwell. Viviann offered some improvements that were added. I sent
the document to our liaison Commissioner Dean for her review but no additional comments or corrections were received.
The TAG recommendation for your upcoming Periodic Review of Composition is attached.
