Belfair There’s a new greenhouse coming to Farm at Water’s Edge! Join us as we clear out and dismantle our old greenhouse, to make way for our new greenhouse! Volunteers can expect to help sort through gardening materials and take down the greenhouse structure. Please dress for the weather. We have gloves available but encourage you to bring your own. Day: October 22nd Time: 1pm-4pm Location: The Salmon Center/ 600 NE Roessel RD. Belfair Ages: 7-11 Come join us for an exciting autumn nutrition class! Kids will get to explore the Farm at Water’s Edge, prepare and taste some fall veggies, participate in fun activities about the nutritional benefits of different foods, and gain a hands-on understanding of how a local food system works. – Participation is limited to 16 kids – This session is available for free with an optional donation. – Please have your child dress according to the weather. Close toed shoes and jackets are required, rain boots and extra dry clothes encouraged. Layer up so that we can have fun outside!
