Please join us Friday, October 14th at 3:00 PM EST for a virtual roundtable on Climate, Environmental Justice, and the Latino Community. This call will feature senior Administration
Officials from the White House and EPA—many of whom are the first Latinos to serve in their respective roles.
We invite you to take part in this important discussion addressing environmental justice, equity, and a just transition in the climate and energy spaces.
This roundtable will feature:
* Julie Chavez Rodriguez, Senior Advisor to the President and Director of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs
* Lisa Garcia, EPA Region 2 Administrator serving New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and 8 Tribal Nations.
* Martha Guzman, EPA Region 9 Administrator serving Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, the Pacific Islands, and 148 Tribal Nations
* Adam Ortiz, EPA Region 3 Administrator serving Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and 7 Tribal Nations
