Dear Beneficiaries,
Hilary Franz, Commissioner of Public Lands for the Department of Natural Resources, would like to inform you about an opportunity to provide input and feedback on the second phase of
parcels for the carbon project. Attached to this email you will find a letter from Commissioner Franz with details on that plan.
As the letter states, I will be working with DNR region staff to set up meetings and will send an email announcement when those dates, times, and locations are set.
