Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. ________________________________ Photo credit: John Gussman You're invited to a Farm-Warming Friday, November 4 3 pm - 5 pm Kawamoto Wipala Farm 289274 Highway 101, Quilcene 98376 Please join us on Friday, November 4 from 3 - 5 pm to welcome Ana Galvis and Brent Walker, the new owners of Kawamoto Farm (newly named the Kawamoto Wipala Farm) to the Quilcene and Jefferson County community. Many partners including the Kawamoto Family, Jefferson LandWorks Collaborative, Jefferson Land Trust, North Olympic Development Council, Craft3, The Food Coop, Chimacum Center, and more are celebrating this exciting new chapter in the story of this historic and iconic property. The Galvis, Walker, Pinzón farming collective, of which Ana and Brent are members (with Juan Daniel Galvis and Natalia Pinzón) were selected to be the farm’s new owners because of their deep agricultural experience, dedication to regenerative and community-focused practices, and their strong vision for the property’s future. We hope you’ll join members of the Kawamoto family and of the LandWorks Collaborative at the farm to extend a warm welcome to Ana and Brent.
