Good morning – Just a reminder that our next meeting for the Federal Issues and Relations Committee is set for next Thursday, October 20th, 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
If you have any edits or additions, you would like the Committee to review at our next meeting, please make sure you forward them to myself and Commissioner Gelder by Noon, Monday, October
17th. This will allow me to incorporate them into the document and get it out for review prior to the meeting.
I am attaching the WORD version of the 2022 Federal Priorities and Issues document for you to edit directly onto. Please use the edit feature to track deletions and edits and return
it to me, again by Monday, October 17th at noon.

Congratulations and thank you – for stepping forward to serve on the WSAC 2022-23 Federal Issues and Relations Committee. The WSAC Board of Directors confirmed your appointment today
at the WSAC Board of Directors Meeting.
Committee Chair Rob Gelder has scheduled four Zoom Meetings to work on the review and development of the 2023 WSAC Federal Issues Agenda to present to WSAC Members at the 2022 Annual
WSAC Membership Meeting, Wednesday, November 16th. I will send individual meeting invites for all four meetings.
I have attached three documents for you to review:
1. WSAC Federal Issues Handout
2. WSAC Federal Issues WORD Document/Text
3. Federal Issues and Relations Committee Policy
Please take time to review these documents in advance of our first meeting as we will be reviewing the 2022 positions and priorities during of our first meeting is to make sure that
you all have a baseline of what we will be working from.
