NEW BUSINESS
1. Transitioning to hybrid board meetings
Chair Brotherton discussed the relative merits of two locations being considered for in-person attendance at Board of
Health meetings. Discussion ensued concerning choice of location, masking recommendations and when to commence hybrid meetings. It was decided to use the BoCC Board Room as the in-person location, starting with the October Board of Health regular meeting, with a recommendation that attendees be masked (a mask requirement
being problematic).

Environmental Health is exploring how JCC 8.15 harmonizes and/or differs from the Legal Lot of Record Ordinance. Further effort by Environmental Health may be required to timely update JCC 8.15 to ensure there are no conflicts with the Legal Lot of Record Ordinance.
Discussion ensued.
