EROSION CONTROL NOTES:1. ALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MOST CURRENT EDITION OF THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENTMANUAL FOR WESTERN WASHINGTON.2. ALL DISTURBED AREAS, EXCEPT THOSE ON WHICH ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION IS TAKING PLACE,SHALL BE EITHER SEEDED AND MULCHED OR PROTECTED WITH APPROPRIATE PLASTIC SHEETINGWITHIN 2 DAYS OF DISTURBANCE BETWEEN OCTOBER 1 AND APRIL 30 AND WITHIN 7 DAYSBETWEEN MAY 1 AND SEPTEMBER 30.3. EXISTING DRIVEWAY TO BE UTILIZED AS STABILIZED ACCESS TO THE SITE, AND PROPOSEDDRIVEWAY WILL BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO OTHER LAND-DISTURBING ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDEFURTHER STABILIZED ACCESS TO THE SITE.4. ALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSPECTED MONTHLY AND AFTER MAJOR STORMEVENTS. ANY DEFICIENCIES SHALL BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY.5.
