AIR SENT 8/23/2022 STORMWATER: The alternative septic system approved in SEP2019-00244 indicates that the parcel's soil cannot support a drywell. The most recent soil logs, received October 28, 2019, did not measure to the depth of the drywell. The water table height is unknown. Downspout full infiltration is not feasible in these soils. Please revise the stormwater management plan to utilize different best management practices, such as a raingarden or or downspout dispersion system. SITE PLAN: Please revise the site plan to show the updated stormwater management tools. Please also show sheet flow, stabilized construction entrance, silt fence, and wattles mentioned in the stormwater application. AIR SENT 9/23/2022 The revised site plan received September 19, 2022 shows that he rain garden is downslope of the septic system. There is a minimum 30 ft buffer between septic systems and downslope stormwater management facilities. The buffer between septic systems and upslope stormwater management facilities is 10 feet. Please revise the site plan to place the rain garden outside the septic system's buffer. The site plan must also include a detailed drawing of the rain garden, showing ponding depth, square footage, planting zones.
