Commissioners Dean, Eisenhour, and Brotherton,
I wanted to let all of you know that I am leaving Rayonier. This decision has nothing to do with my job satisfaction or the company itself, but a personal decision to balance career
opportunities and my family's desire to stay in the Pacific Northwest. I've coppied Bill Monahan on this email so that you have his contact information. Bill is the Director of Western
Forest Resources and is responsible for all of the forestry operations in Rayonier's western holdings. He will be your best contact if you need to get in touch with someone at Rayonier.
I know many of you have relationships with other Rayonier statt and it's fine to continue to work with them on the issues they are managing, I just wanted you to have a senior point
of contact that is local to our area.
Thanks for all of your help over the years. Local government is probably one of the most important yet unappreciated public services and I appreciate all of our work together, even
the tougher issues. You all approached these challenges with your whole community in mind and I always appreciated that.
