Thank you for checking in on this application. We have created a case in our permit system and assigned it to Planning Supervisor Shannen Cartmel (cc’d above). She will contact you with
next steps as soon as she is able.
With respect to your reference below to site development review (SDR) timelines, it is true that our goal is to complete case review for simple cases—those uncomplicated by factors such
as critical areas and limited land to develop—in a week. This case has the potential to be complicated; for example, there are wetlands, seismic hazards, and shorelines involved.
Another factor is that the new SDR and legal lot of record (LLOR) ordinance took effect October 4. Since then we have experienced a high volume of inquiries regarding and applications
for SDR. The one-week goal I expressed in those forums pertains to when things are “normal,” not the first weeks of a new program that coincides with the lifting of a one-year development
moratorium.
As with all cases, including applications submitted before this one, we will work on and complete them as soon as possible.

Good day Planning Dept of Jefferson Co DCD-
We turned in a SDR permit- ZON2022-00050 on Oct. 7th with payment
Please note that the Contractor did already have a CAM for this project with your Department-
Cam # CAM2022-00218 -
They have followed the direction of that CAM and we do have a report from West Tech for this new project.
I know in the ZOOM meeting -Round table meeting as well as the meeting with BOCC, your department indicated that the review of this new Site Development permit would not be longer than
a 1 week.
Is this still a TRUE statement?
Again we are ready to submit Molly Klupfell project and believe we have everything required including special reports to have complete applications for your department to review.
We would love to schedule the intake appointment for the new building permit- but understand the Site Development Review is the 1st stop- so to speak
We would appreciate an update on this new SDR permit and process, timeline etc - who will contact us, how will we know when we can move forward to the next step and schedule an appointment
to submit the building applicaiton?

We are ready to submit for a project on Molly Klupfell-
Please note the Contractor Neil and Molly have already done a CAM with your department regarding this project-
Please find attached Report from West Tech- Site Development Application and site map.
I do have a check for this Site Development permit and will drop that off today to Jefferson CO DCD- I will slide it through the door at Jefferson Co DCD with a copy of the Site Development
permit, and site map-
Please let me know if I can now schedule my intake appointment to submit for the building permit or how I should proceed.
