Enclosed please find the submittal for my 2021 CASP Monitoring Report (MLA
#: MLA 10-00217 / CASE #: CSP 11-0008). Included are: the Vegetation
Monitoring Form, completed for the prescribed plantings; the As Built Planting
Schedule, revised to show additional native planting; the As Built CASP Site
Plan; and current photographs taken from the prescribed vantage points.
This should be my fifth and final report. Please advise me of any further actions on my
part required to secure refund of the full bond amount.
