WETLANDS/STREAMS: Possible stream from parcel 821063016 may enter the subject property through a WSDOT
culvert. Level I Wetland assessment submitted. According to the Wetland Analysis Addendum, prepared by Olympic
Wetland Resources, LLC on October 11th, 2022, "the site is clearly outside of the wetland buffers" and "the stream
in question was stormwater runoff from the upslope highway (SR 19) diverted to the subject parcel. This diversion
was corrected over 7 years ago". No further action is required.
GEOHAZARD: Seismic Hazard Area is "moderate to high". JCC 18.22.510(1)(c). According to the Geologic Report,
prepared by Envirotech Engineering on September 7th, 2022, "It is our opinion that ordinary roof downspouts atop
splash blocks are sufficient or the development. This is due to ample downstream vegetated land for site
infiltration". Notice to Title recorded under AFNT # 656839.
CARA: Susceptible Critical Aquifer Recharge Area. No special report required.
