All - October Sales Tax information available is presented below. Please let me know if you have any
questions.
General & Optional Sales Tax is 3% under budget but 9.2% over 2021 YTD.
Hotel/Motel is 4.4% over 2021 YTD and 53.5% over budget, but it was significantly down this month.
It’s the lowest October revenue since 2014, while September and August were significantly more than
any month ever. Not sure if it’s a reporting/timing issue or the beginning of a trend.
