Jefferson County received $1.692M per year for 2 years. There will be a BOCC workshop on November 7th to discuss how to allocate the funds. Community Capital Projects Update- Kate Dean reported on capital projects that the County is supporting but not taking the lead on, including planning for an aquatic center, building a new childcare center at the Port Townsend High School and a pump track at the County Fairgrounds. Munis HR/Payroll Status- Sarah Melancon reported that the payroll and HR portion of Munis will go live in June, 2023 SAO 2021 Audit Update- Judy Shepherd reported that the audit went very well with only one exit recommendation. Auditors also called out the County’s good work in implementing Munis. Meeting was Adjourned by Judy Shepherd at 9:30am Next (and last) meeting of the year is November 30, 2022.
