All clean-outs and all septic tank lids (except the one nearest
the primary residence on Lot 33) and the pad-mounted
transformer were ground-measured. All remaining utilities
are approximated from site plans on file with Jefferson
County.
All bearings hereon are per the meridian of this survey.
