THIS DECLARATION MADE THIS day of , by
Olia Kerzhner, an unmarried individual, owner as her separate estate of the real property
legally described hereinafter as as Parcel A, and John R. Chrisman and Karen Mae
Chrisman, husband and wife, owners of the real property legally described hereinafter
Parcel B, who wish to adjust the common property line between said parcels without
creating any additional lot, tract, parcel or site.
(1) Parcel A (Parcel No. 001301029) is legally described as:
Parcel 33A of Volume 9 of Surveys, Page 109, records of Jefferson County,
Washington, being a portion of the southwest quarter of the southwest

quarter of Section 19 and of Government Lot 1, Section 30, all in Township
30 North, Range 1 West, W.M., Jefferson County, Washington;
SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH easements of record.
(2) Parcel B (Parcel No. 001193004) is legally described as:
Parcel 43 of Volume 9 of Surveys, Page 12, records of Jefferson County,
Washington, being a portion of the southwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 19 and of Government Lot 1, Section 30, all in Township
30 North, Range 1 West, W.M., Jefferson County, Washington;
SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH easements of record.
(3) Subsequent to this transaction, the resulting Parcel A shall be described as:
Parcel 33 of Volume 9 of Surveys, Page 12, records of Jefferson County,
Washington, being a portion of the southwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 19 and of Government Lot 1, Section 30, all in Township
30 North, Range 1 West, W.M., Jefferson County, Washington;
ALSO, that portion of Parcel 32, said survey, lying northwesterly of the
following described line:
Beginning at the southerly corner common to said Parcels 32 and 33, thence
North 21°01'20" East, along the boundary common to said Parcels, 401.13
feet, more or less, to a point of curve, which point is the northernmost corner
of Lot 2 of the Sherman Short Plat per Volume 3 of Short Plats, Page 124,
records of said county ; thence along the northerly limits of said Lot 2, along
a 500.00 foot radius curve to the left, the center of which bears North
24°27'45" East, having a central angle of 1°24'24" and an arc length of 12.28
feet to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, said short plat; thence North
25°58'37" East, along the northwesterly limits of aforementioned Lot 1,
123.83 feet; thence continuing along said northwesterly limits North
46°16'15" East 142.77 feet; thence continuing along said northwesterly limits
North 26°15'00" East 53.60 feet, more or less, to a point on the northerly
limits of said Parcel 32 and the terminus of this line;
ALSO, that portion of Parcel 43, said survey, described as follows:
Beginning at the southernmost corner of said Parcel 43, said point being the
True Point of Beginning; thence North 3°31'39" West along the boundary
common to said Parcels 33 and 43, 312.84 feet; thence North 86°28'21" East
41.62 feet; thence South 3°31'39" East, parallel with aforementioned
common boundary, 285.42 feet to a point on the boundary common to said
Parcel 43 and Parcel 42 of said survey; thence South 53°05'51" West, along
aforementioned common boundary, 49.84 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;

Beginning at the southernmost corner of said Parcel 43; thence North
3°31'39" West along the boundary common to said Parcels 33 and 43,

the southwest quarter of Section 19 and of Government Lot 1, Section 30,
all in Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.M., Jefferson County,
Washington, lying northerly and easterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the southernmost corner of said Parcel 43; thence North
53°05'51" East, along the boundary common to said Parcel 43 and Parcel
42 of said survey, 49.84 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence North
3°31'39" West, parallel with the boundary common to said Lot 43 and Lot 33
of said survey, 285.42 feet; thence South 86°28'21" West 158.05 feet, more
or less to a point on the boundary common to said Parcel 33 and Parcel 34
of said survey and the terminus of this line;
SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH easements of record.
