HomeMy WebLinkAboutPRE2022-00031 EPH COMMENTS 10262022PRE2022-00031, Rathvon Drinking Water Emma Erickson EErickson@co.jefferson.wa.us • No approval is given nor implied for the well site shown on the site plan. • The well’s 100’ protective radius (as you have shown) is recommended to be completely located on your property. • You are required to submit a Application for Well Construction Inspection to this office prior to drilling your well. • After your well application is released, you are required to submit 24hr start notification to our office prior to beginning construction of the well. • The well must be drilled by a Washington State licensed well driller. • Prior to building permit application, you will need to drill your well and have the water tested to show it is potable. • Your property is located in a coastal Seawater Intrusion Protection Zone (SIPZ) – no known sea water intruded wells are within 1000’ of your property boundaries • Your property is located in the WRIA17 Toandos subbasin – this is a coastal management area with water conservation standard of use up to 5000 gpd. • A water meter will be required as a condition of future building permit approval.
