Would amend the Comprehensive Plan and UDC. A Sub‐Area Plan
would be appended to the CP and involve planning with the City of
PT. Likely involve consultant contracting.

Amends Comprehensive Plan. Add a new Element (chapter) to the
County Comprehensive Plan to establish policies addressing tribal
interestes.

Zoning the Inholdings in Quinault Indian Nation 48
Private inholdings in the QIN do not have any zoning designation
and it leaves risk to the County when addressing what is
permissable and what is not permissable on these parcels.

Countywide Planning Policy Update w/ Port Townsend &
Tribes 86
Coordination between Port Townsend City Council & Board of
County Commissioners, through Joint Growth Management Steering
Committee (JGMSC) to review and update interjurisdictional
planning policies established in 1992. Would be done before next
Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review in ca. 2023 or 2024, but City
Comprehensive Plan periodic review is scheduled about 2 years
sooner than County.

Review of Jefferson Co. LAMIRDS regarding infill potential and
infrastructure needs. Review GMA for limitations to planning
LAMIRD development.

Area policies and priorities.
