HISTORY: Proposed new manufactured home. Adjacent to AL-20 - Local Agriculture (Notice of Disclosure shall be
provided in permit conditions). Septic system approved under SEP2022-00007. Mobile home installation permitted under
BLD1996-00483.
STREAM/WETLANDS: Type "F" Stream. Wetland located adjacent to subject property. A Wetland Delineation Report shall
be required. According to the ADDENDUM TO PREVIOUSE NON WETLAND REPORT: MAPPED WETLAND AND TYPE
9 STREAM, prepared by Meehan-Roulst Wetland Consulting, Kim Meehan-Roulst on September 20th, 2021, "the stream
is not present" and there is a Category III Wetland with a 110 foot buffer for moderate impacts". The proposed new
manufactured home meets the 110 foot regulated wetland buffer. No further action is required.
