Submitting Public Comments: Citizens can submit public comments remotely by email regarding items listed in the
agenda below. Board members and staff will read and consider your comments before the meeting. Email your
comments by 12:00pm the day before the meeting using this email address: mtyler@co.jefferson.wa.us
Confirmed Attendees: Greg Brotherton (ex-officio), Jon Cooke, Marianne Walters, Susie Marshall, Taylor McCormack,
Tim Rensema, Vern Bessey (five voting members are required for a quorum, the tour is cancelled if no quorum is
achieved or if a quorum is lost during the meeting). Matt Tyler and Chelsie Kilmer will staff the meeting.
Logistics: Transportation is not provided. Carpools can be arranged in advance or at Chimacum Park. Jefferson County
will have 2 seats available in an SUV. Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear, water bottle, and a sack lunch.
