Hi MRC Members,
We have a letter of support (due Dec 1) requested by the NW Straits Commission to discuss at the Nov 1 MRC meeting. Essentially, the Commission is seeking edits to language in the state
funding proviso to help build flexibility into how MRC funds can be used, namely to reduce unnecessary contracting burdens. Attached are two documents for your review. One is a letter
from Lucas explaining the request and one is the drafted letter of support.
